The most important structure of your house should be the one that protects you from the rain and strong winds. And that is your roof!
Here at Trusted Veterans Restoration, we take roof repairs very seriously. From missing shingles to cracked chimneys, we’ll give our best effort when we’re tackling these kinds of problems.
Millions of roofs are replaced due to their life spans or the latest storm that caused several damages to them. Unless you do regular maintenance to your roof, it’ll be very hard to notice if there were any problems unless there is a leak inside. That’s why we understand the importance of a sealed roof which can protect your home from different kinds of damages for the years to come.
Chimney and Roof problems
A customer from Arlington, Virginia called us about how they needed help with their cracked chimneys and leaks on the roof. After our thorough inspection, we found a leak coming from the roof. Their chimneys were also unsteady and began to lean. We recommend an overall re-roofing with new chimneys built-in which can solve the problems once for all. A professional inspector can not only spot potential problems you might’ve missed in the first place, but they can also inform you of ways that you can maintain your roof in the future.
As always, we offered our best quality work to leave a brand-new roof with functional chimneys, so our customers will get their construction investment money’s worth.
A tilting chimney is not easy to tell from just looking at it. But it’s still a serious problem that needs to be dealt with as soon as possible. It can move your shingles around and create bare spots on the roof. If it cannot be fixed right away, it can lead to cracks and leaking. That was the case we had in Arlington.
NEW CHIMNEYS ON A NEW ROOF
The chimneys began to lean and even though there were older jobs done around the chimneys that made sure water couldn’t get through, the original singles were old and curling which eventually allowed water to get in. Luckily, they called us just in time so we could make new chimneys using stucco, which is a type of plaster that can cover multiple surfaces. Stucco is also very sturdy and can last many years.
After the new chimneys were done, we replaced their old roof with a brand-new CertainTeed landmark roof. The job was perfectly completed and the customer now has an appealing roof with new shingles and beautiful chimneys standing perfectly straight.
The customer was pleased to know their roof is safe now. We feel so proud and satisfied when our customers put their trust in our team here at Trusted Veterans Restoration. We gave it our best to make sure they were satisfied with their new roof and chimneys. They said they would happily recommend our services to their friends and neighbors.
