Nothing is more important for your house than it’s outside structure. It provides safety to your family and property inside, and it also shows a fresh look on the outside which adds character to your lovely home.
Most damages on the house come from nature. Under major natural disasters, any house could be fragile and the safety of your family members and property will be at risk even after the sky is sunny again.
Some homeowners might shy away from having their house repaired for reasons like low budget, taking too much time, and how hard it’s to choose from among the many contractors. But here at Trusted Veterans Restoration, we’ll be there from the very start until all the work is done. We will leave you with a nicer and safer home to live in.
On February 7, the town of Leesburg, Virginia was hit by a tornado and there was an area that got the most damage. It was hard for us to know that some people were still living in damaged homes and we wanted to do whatever it took to restore the peaceful life of the people in our community. That is when Preston and I started to go from door to door in Leesburg asking people if their home was damaged by the tornado.
While knocking on doors offering our restoration services, we met Mr. Fraim. He was one of the homeowners who were very happy to hear we could help him repair the damages done to his home by the disaster. He was even more thrilled to learn that his insurance could cover the costs.
A NEW SIDING AND ROOF
Time matters when repairing damages after a natural disaster. Damages on the roof mean leaking. No one wants wet walls on the inside of their home that usually leads to mildew. Mr. Fraim’s house is slightly lower than the house of his neighbor. Not only it would receive rain from the sky, but also the drains from his neighbor’s roof. If the issue was fixed as soon as possible, Mr. Fraim could avoid other problems that might be on the way to cause him more trouble.
Sidings can be damaged not only by a natural disaster, but they can also age with time. An aged siding will show as wavy, warped, and uneven. It will affect the look of the house and leave problems on the walls.
We were able to fix the siding faster than Mr. Fraim thought and he and his wife were beyond happy that we got the insurance company to pay for the costs. They were very pleased with our work and they already referred us to several neighbors.
If you ever need a job done on your house, it can be roofing, siding, or even a full house renovation, don’t hesitate to call us when you get the chance. Trusted Veterans Restoration will always put your family members and your property’s safety at heart.
